• Do you have a system to share photos online?

• When do you have to pay the total amount of the event? Answer: The day of the event 
• Do you deliver all original copies? 
• Answer: PJN only (No RAW)
• Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals? Answer: We are a team
•  Do you have a substitute in case of unforeseen circumstances? 
• Answer: Not all the time (Ask to representative)
• Do you reserve the right to publish photos of the event? Answer: No (All photos are property of RED Letters Studio
• Do you charge by the hour or by event? 
• Answer: Event (After or before the event $350 per hour)
• What happens to my money if You don't turn in the job? Answer: In case of illness or death, no refund will be given.
• In case of illness, would it take time to deliver the work? Answer: If it were to happen, it can be until complete recovery.  
• Is there a refund in case of cancellation or moving the date? Answer: No
• In case of not being able to attend the event, You  return the money in full

• What happens if photos are not taken with relatives or families invited both from USA out of Country?

• If the person in charge of taking the photos and / videos on the day of the event cannot attend, do you send someone else? 
• Answer: Yes, we talk to the client, if the client accepts, all our policies are part of the contract.
• What would happen if memories are erased, equipment is lost or damaged, gets wet or is stolen. 
• Answer:  We return half of the full money.
• What happens if the Photographers does not take photos or videos of the whole place or of family members.
• Answer:  Red Letters Products is a professional company, we are not responsible if people do not appear in your photos or videos. From experience, we know that there are people who do not like photos. within photo sessions our contract is for the Quinceañera, Couples, Baptism, not all the people or relatives.
• What would happen if they don't show videos of the slideshow or photo session. 
• Answer: We are not responsible, since there are many factors that affect the presentation of videos or slideshows that are out of our hands. (no refund)
•  If necessary, could you work overtime? 
• Answer: yes   
• How mucho do you charge overtime? 
• Answer: An estimated schedule is previously agreed with the family, if due to some unforeseen event the coverage time needs to be extended, $350 per extra hour will be charged for two people $250 one person   
• How is payment made? 
• Answer: Cash , Zelle or Venmo
